热冲压对连铸连轧酸洗热成形带钢显微组织和力学性能的影响

摘要:

对连铸连轧酸洗热成形带钢进行了热冲压。检测了带钢热冲压前、后在与轧制方向平行﹑垂直和成45°夹角3个方向的力学性能、显微组织和硬度,也检测了未经热冲压带钢的脱碳和晶间氧化深度;以10、100、200和500 s-1的应变速率对带钢进行了拉伸试验。结果表明:经过热冲压的带钢组织为均匀的马氏体;热冲压后带钢的抗拉强度为1 562 MPa,满足汽车用热冲压带钢的要求,表面硬度为430~470 HV10;以不同应变速率拉伸试验获得的带钢的极限抗拉强度变化不大;未经热冲压的带钢表面脱碳层深度不超过25μm,晶间氧化深度不超过15μm,表面晶间氧化膜主要由Fe、Fe_2O3、Fe_3O4和少量FeO组成。

Abstract:

Continuously cast-rolled-pickled hot-formed steel strip was hot-stamped. The steel strip was tested for mechanical properties in three directions which were parallel to,perpendicular to the rolling direction,and at 45° angle to the rolling direction,microstructure and hardness before and after hot-stamping,and the decarburization and intergranular oxidation depths of the steel strip not hot-stamped were tested,too. The tensile tests were performed at strain rates of 10,100,200 and500 s-1on the steel strip. The results showed that( a) the microstructure of the hot-stamped steel strip was uniform martensite;( b) after hot-stamping,the tensile strength of the steel strip was 1 562 MPa which met the tensile strength requirements for hot-stamping steel strip used for automobile,and its surface hardness was 430 to 470 HV10;( c) the ultimate tensile strength of the steel strip,derived from tensile tests which were carried out at different strain rates had no evident change; and( d) the steel strip not hot stamped exhibited the decarburized depth not exceeding 25 μm and the intergranular oxidation depth not exceeding 15 μm,and the surface intergranular oxide film was mainly composed of Fe,Fe2 O3,Fe3 O4 and a small amount of FeO.
