以超快速冷却为核心的新一代TMCP技术

摘要:

与传统TMCP技术采用"低温大压下"和"微合金化"不同,利用连续轧制的大变形和应变积累,提出以超快速冷却技术为核心的新一代控制轧制和控制冷却技术(NG-TMCP),描述了它的技术特征和材料特点,指出这是一项节省资源和能源、有利于材料循环利用、促进社会可持续发展的新技术。

Abstract:

In order to inhibit troubles occurred in the traditional TMCP process which adopted low temperature high reduction and micro-alloying,new generation TMCP with key technology of ultra fast cooling was suggested.This tech,its characteristic and material properties were described herein,was the combination of large deformation and strain accumulation in continuous rolling.It was also pointed that this tech,being favor to recycling and stimulating sustainable development,was a new type of technology which saved resource and energy.
